We accept assignment and participate with all the above insurance plans. All practitioners are individually credentialed, so not every provider may be on every plan. We will make sure a provider is in-network before starting services.

Deductible, copay and coinsurance is something that is set forth by each individual insurance policy and is something we have to comply with. All balances are owed at the time of service.

Deductible – the amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay.

Copay – a set amount of money which pertains to certain covered health services.

Coinsurance – a percentage of the cost of a service.

Private pay rate
$100 per hour session

Cancellation Policy
Any counseling sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a possible cancellation fee of $40.
