Anne has her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and has been working in the field for 18 years. She has experience working in community mental health, agency setting, EAP private practice, and school settings. She enjoys working with teens up through adults with varying backgrounds and needs. Anne is married with 3 children and enjoys attending her kids’ sporting events, going on vacation, and reading.

My Approach to Counseling
Feeling depressed or anxious? Having some concerns in your relationships? Anne has experience working with individuals of varying backgrounds and difficulties. She uses an eclectic approach that will best suit that individual’s needs and personality. Typically, CBT and Solution Focused Therapy are the top two favorites as they help clients recognize thought patterns and behaviors that can be detrimental to their mental health progress. Anne provides both in person and telehealth services.
