My Biography

Erica has her master’s degree in counseling from Western Illinois University and has been in the mental health field for over 10 years. Erica believes that therapy is a collaborative process and that it is her role to help clients discover and understand themselves in a way that allows them to achieve their goals. Erica has worked with diverse populations in her career from children to adults, and veterans, and all from different backgrounds and many different life experiences.

In her free time Erica enjoys riding her bike, spending time with family, and spending time outdoors.

I utilize a client centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral techniques as the basic framework for counseling. We will identify how thoughts, feelings and behaviors are impacting your life and look at how we can change these unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.
